The Concord Story

Concord Retreat began in 2000 with a vision to offer a high quality, affordable place for groups to get together and build relationships in a fun, beautiful environment.

In early 2014, Come & See, a non-profit Christian organization with a passion to help people of different age groups and from all walks of life to grow in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, took charge over Concord.

To us, retreats are the ideal tool to discover our Lord and His love in a new way; through interaction with Him and with each other in a natural sanctuary of peace and love

Concord Lodge has meeting spaces, dining rooms, a game room and a modern commercial kitchen. Four brick rambler homes were recently remodeled to maximize bed space while also allowing central gathering and fellowship areas. The mountainous surroundings contribute to a peaceful environment for nature hikes and meditation spots, while specific areas of our lands are available for team challenges and team building.

Today, Concord is a destination for many church groups, schools as well as cross-country running camps that like the hilly terrain and wooded trails for developing endurance. Our dedicated staff is here to welcome and serve guests and looks forward to facilitating your group’s needs.

Our goal is to bring everyone into the presence of God.

Our hope is to serve the Mid-Atlantic region by taking advantage of the beauty and warm welcome of West Virginia.

One house; "The Second Heaven House"  is a perfect house for small groups that like to have absolute seclusion.  It is located on the top of a hill away from the main Concord.
